What if a person has a brilliant idea and a talent and aspiration, but has no NO budget even for equipment and there are no any "Celebrity friends"?

Get a plain,get a parttime job save your money,eat cheaply,.Hey if you want to do it you found away.I am not rich or from a rich home I found away to get a budget for a 35mm.

Look for some rich friends, even if you don't like them. tell them you will give them a role let him produce your movies and let them pay for everything

Beg Money, Borrow Money, but for god sake dont steal any.
Also you can reseach different ways to find money for a budget. Try exposure.co.uk, the BFI, and go visit the Film section at waterstones. I'm sure you can raise ?20 for The Guerilla Fil Makers Handbook, not the be all and end all, but should get you brain working.
